AIB CCTP Programme

Curach Business Analysts worked closely with AIB management to transform the business operating model for Direct Banking, AIB’s primary contact center.   The engagement involved development of a new agent desktop, introduction of a new contact center to support the branch network and transformation to a tiered service delivery model. This was a significant programme for AIB and has allowed them to develop best in class telephony, desktop and business model processes.   It has allowed AIB to realise significant cost savings through efficiency and provides a platform which can be leveraged by the bank to achieve economies of scale.


VHI – Primary Care & Web Strategy

Curach Business Analysts have worked closely with VHI in a number of key projects to support IT project delivery. Our business analysts defined the business and software requirements for a primary care solution and supported through implementation. This solution allowed VHI to manage the Primary Care claims process efficiently. Our Analysts worked with marketing to conduct a strategic business scoping exercise to develop a programme of change for their online presence vhi.ie. This allowed VHI to understand scope, scale and implementation options prior to undergoing development.


BOSI

Curach Business Analysts have worked closely with Bank of Scotland within both retail and business banking and have delivered a number of key projects. This includes the initial Halifax Retail programme, an operating model programme, document management solution, business process projects and a CRM Solution. Building a strong client relationship with BOSI has allowed them to leverage our consultant skills and experience to support their projects as required.
